We are unable to offer refunds or credits for missed lessons.  All students receive a simple but comprehensive update via Google Classroom after each lesson. This will include links to our extensive collection of tutorial videos. Alternatively the teacher may make a short video during the lesson to share with the missing pupil and the whole class.

Additional costs – your child will need a piano or piano keyboard to practice on. Please see our advice on choosing a suitable instrument.

Music books – typically around £10-15 a year

Assessments (group sessions) – we have an in-house assessment system. There are around two assessments each year and there is a £12 assessment fee which covers the cost of administration, report writing and the special assessment badge awarded to each student.
